For those of us who are a bit taller than the average person and have average frames and bodies, the ideal weight is between 145 and 180 pounds. Some heavier athletes may get up to 200 pounds at this height as well.
To maintain this weight at this height, assuming you live a basic active lifestyle, you should consume between 2,100 and 2,300 calories per day.

For those that are in fairly tall range, the ideal weight for men and women is between 161 pounds and 190 pounds.
To maintain this weight, you should consume between 2,150 and 2,375 calories per day. If you eat less than 1,900 calories a day, you may find yourself losing weight at this height.
1. 6’4’’ – 6’5’’: 188 pounds man, 168 pounds woman
At the higher end of the normal height spectrum, the ideal weights for men and women should be between 168 and 200 pounds.
To maintain your weight, you should be eating at least 2,300 – 2,500 calories per day.
Keep in mind that some people extend beyond this height – for those people, you will have to take in much more calories than any amount recommended in this article to maintain an ideal and healthy weight.
